“You have to know where you come from to know where you’re going”, was something instilled in me as a young boy. Having deep ancestorial roots to early pioneers and those native to North America, I was taught to be proud of who I am and where I come from while striving for better for my family and the world around me. My father was a large presence in my life and my standard for professional success, becoming at the time one of the few people of color to hold an officer position at a Fortune 500 company (AT&T). The majority of my youth was spent in California but I have had the privilege to live in six different states across the US, giving me the opportunity to interact with many different people and cultures. These experiences have contributed to my passion for sales, as I enjoy
understanding people and working with them to find solutions. I graduated from the WP Carey School of Business in 2010 and have since held sales positions across multiple industries, helped build successful sales organizations, and ran my own small business. I joined the Murano team in 2024, drawn to the challenge of a new industry along with the idea of positively impacting the process of raising assets for fund managers and investors alike, and am thankful and excited for the opportunity to grow the Murano brand.
